The prices includes all bed linen, towels, gas and electricity charges.

A deposite of one third of the total rental price is payable when booking.

At Christmas, Easter & Bank holiday weekends the cottages cannot be booked for less than 3 nights.

If your booking cannot be confirmed, the booking fee will be returned.

An additional £15.00 per week is charged for each extra bed provided.

The cottages are cleaned between use but as there is only a short time available for this we ask that you please leave them in a clean and tidy condition.

The hirer undertakes to report and pay for any damages caused to the holiday cottage for equipment lost, broken, damaged or stolen during their occupancy. Unsuitable substitutes will not be accepted.

Last minute bookings must be paid in cash.
